Food, pharma and OEM vacuums are used where hygiene is of paramount importance such as in the Food, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic and Chemical Industries. Below is a small sampling of what is available. Most models have an Infiniclean option or a Class II Division II model available, along with other options. All models are 3-phase electrically powered for continuous duty operation.
All models are GMP-compliant, quiet and easy to sanitize.
These vacuums are well-suited for cleanroom operations. Most are supplied with rugged castors for easy maneuverability or can be fixed in place for a capture-at-source solution.

VHW311
The VHW311 delivers continuous duty operation and excellent filtration and performance for housekeeping and maintenance, or as part of a production process.
The VHW311 continuous duty vacuum is fully prepared to go to work, with an external manual filter shaker, manometer, motor starter and fully enclosed chassis. If mobility is required, an optional handle, wheel and caster kit can be installed. The standard main filter provides 4.5 sq ft of surface area, and can be fitted with both upstream and or downstream HEPA or ULPA filtration. The main filter can be manually shaken to dislodge dust without opening the machine and without operator exposure to the collected material. The standard manometer indicates when the main filter needs cleaning, taking the guesswork out of service intervals. A manual motor starter is also standard, highly visible and easy to use.

VHW421 C2D2
The VHW421 C2D2 three phase, continuous duty vacuum is ideal for collecting potentially combustible dusts and can be outfitted for a wide range of industrial process or housekeeping applications. Standard equipment includes four antistatic PTFE conical cartridges with a combined 21.5 sq ft surface area, and can be fitted with both upstream and/or downstream HEPA filtration. The main filters are cleaned using the PullClean system that applies differential air pressure to reverse purge the cartridges without the need for an external compressed air source. The standard stainless steel container and fully bonded and grounded chassis, combined with compliance to the strict electrical requirements for portable vacuums to be operated in Class II Division 2 environments deliver optimal operator safety. Even if the work area is not rated, but the debris is a combustibility concern, the VHW421 C2D2 provides an added measure of safety and meets NFPA guidelines for operating in non-rated environments.

VHW440 InfiniClean
The VHW440 InfiniClean delivers the features and performance of the VHW440, but with continual, automated filter cleaning. It is the perfect solution when collecting fine dry dusts in a production process without the need to stop the machine.
The VHW440 IC continuous duty vacuum is fully prepared to go to work, with a manometer, motor starter and fully enclosed chassis. The main filters are cleaned on a continuous cycle while the machine is running, using the vacuum’s own exhaust air to reverse purge the cartridges. With almost 27 sq ft of surface area, filtration is optimized and the standard downstream or optional upstream HEPA filters further protect operators from harmful dust exposure. The standard manometer indicates when the main filters need replacement, taking the guesswork out of service intervals. A manual motor starter is also standard, highly visible and easy to use.
