What is iCue™ Monitor Service
Building on more than a century of filtration experience and the latest IIoT ( Industrial Internet of Things) technology, Donaldson’s iCue™ Monitor Service is designed to help you to optimize your iCue™ Connect Service. \
With the iCue™ Monitor Service, Donaldson product specialists will monitor your iCue™ account. When an alarm occurs, Donaldson product specialists will review the alarm as well as historical and real-time data to troubleshoot the issue. Working in tandem with AST Canada, you will be contacted and given recommendations for corrective action, maintenance, service, or additional troubleshooting.
This service will revolutionize the way organizations monitor, manage, and optimize dust collection systems by proactively identifying opportunities for replacement parts and maintenance requirements.
iCue™ System Gateways
Because certain functions are important to monitor in all systems, the iCue™ Connected Service integrates several Standard Sensors into its cellular gateway. Additional Optional Sensors and tracking capabilities are also available depending on your dust management needs.
