The VHS110 CIID2 is the innovative single phase industrial vacuum cleaner ClassIIDiv2 certified for North America. Thanks to the brushless motor and the certification issued by a third party notified body, this machine secures the highest performances and safety in compact dimensions. The innovative PullClean system allows an effectively cleaning of the star filter while the vacuum is running, without need to stop it. The HEPA14 or ULPA15 upstream filter is the perfect choice when collecting fine dust. The modular design makes it extremely easy to service and upgrade on the field.

The single phase CSA-Certified Explosion-Proof Vacuum - Class I & Class II for combustible material collection
The VHS110 EXP vacuum line is CSA-certified for use in Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups E*, F & G environments. It features PullClean filter cleaning technology and downstream HEPA filtration. Variants designed for wet/dry material collection are also available.
Integrated immersion separator model available to meet the requirements for compliance with NFPA 484 for the safe collection of combustible metal dust. The all-in-one design safely collects and renders inert Group E metal dusts, such as aluminum, magnesium and other commercial alloys, in an inert fluid bath.
The Nilfisk VHS110 EXP features PullClean filter cleaning technology, and HEPA filtration, designed for the collection of combustible dust. The VHS110 offers great performance and safety for long product life and flexible, easy use—from overhead cleaning to confined areas around equipment.
Nilfisk’s exclusive EXA inlet allows users ease of mind when selecting accessories in explosive environments. In addition, the VHS110 EXP is available with an integrated immersion separator to meet requirements for compliance with NFPA 484 for the safe collection of combustible metal dusts.

CTS26 C2D2
Continuous duty operation for collecting combustible dusts in Class II Division 2 rated work environments.
The CTS26 C2D2 three phase, continuous duty vacuum is ideal for collecting potentially combustible dusts and can be outfitted for a wide range of industrial applications. Standard equipment includes an antistatic polyester star filter with a 21 sq ft surface area, and can be upgraded to alternative filter media options. An upstream HEPA filter is standard on some models and can be easily added to others to stop fine or harmful dusts from passing through the vacuum. The standard stainless steel container and fully bonded and grounded chassis, combined with compliance to the strict electrical requirements for portable vacuums to be operated in Class II Division 2 environments deliver optimal operator safety. Even if the work area is not rated, but the debris is a combustibility concern, the CTS 26provides an added measure of safety and meets NFPA guidelines for operating in non-rated environments. All are equipped with a manometer that indicates when the main filter requires cleaning and the top mounted manual filter shaker lets the operator de-dust the filter without disassembling the machine.

The standard stainless steel filter chamber and container and fully bonded and grounded chassis, combined with compliance to the strict electrical requirements for portable vacuums to be operated in Class II Division 2 environments deliver optimal operator safety. When propery equipped, Group E metal dusts can be safely contained and neutralized. All are equipped with a manometer that indicates when the main filter requires cleaning and the top mounted manual filter shaker lets the operator de-dust the filter without disassembling the machine.
