The system includes an iCue gateway with standard sensor options and access to the Donaldson iCue web application. Limit one iCue system. Donaldson Company, Inc. reserves the right to modify the price or terminate the program at any time and without notice.Recipient is responsible for installation costs unless otherwise agreed.The Trial Use Agreement incorporates by reference the End User License Agreement and Recipient agrees to be bound to it. The Donaldson iCue Service End User License and Service Agreement located at https://www.donaldson.com/content/dam/donaldson/legal/Donaldson-iCue-Service-Enterprise-User-License-and-Service-Agreement.pdf as well as Donaldson’s Terms of Sale located at www.termsofsale.donaldson.com.At the end of the Term, Recipient’s access to and ability to utilize the Products will end unless Recipient has purchased from Donaldson an on-going subscription under the terms of a quote that will be provided by Donaldson to Recipient upon request or near the end of the Term.
