Simplified Maintenance
With easy-open hinged doors and access from the production (or dirty-air) side, there is no need to remove jet tubes/blowpipes for service or pull caked filters through a tight tube sheet hole. The cage stays in the collector during filter change-outs, making replacement easier and lighter. And, compared to earlier models, filter changeout times are reduced by up to 75% with 20% fewer filters to replace.

Radial Seal Technology Reduces Changeout Time
The Dalamatic G2 features a revolutionary Radial Seal filter design and fixed cages, which reduce the number of steps required in a filter change from 10 to 5. That reduces the time for filter changeouts by up to 75% compared to earlier designs.
Improved Pulse Cleaning
The Dalamatic G2 uses patented Dura-Life™ bag filters in a unique envelope shape that provides greater movement of the bag to dislodge challenging dust cakes. With better surface loading, Dura-Life bags provide improved pulse cleaning and a lower pressure drop, which results in extended bag life, less maintenance time and cost, energy savings and greater filtration efficiency. Dura-Life Filter Bags provide twice the life of standard 16 oz. polyester bags.

Dura-Life® Filter Bags Provide Twice the Life Over Standard 540 g/m² / 16 oz/yd² Polyester Bags
Traditional 540 g/m² / 16 oz/yd² polyester bags are produced via a needling process that creates larger pores where dust can embed into the fabric, inhibiting cleaning and reducing bag life. Dura-Life bags are engineered with a unique hydroentanglement process that uses water jets to blend the fibers. This process creates a felt with smaller pores which keeps more dust on the surface of the filter resulting in better pulse cleaning and longer bags life.
