Covid 19 Policy
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy Update
I personally wanted to reach out on behalf of the management team at the AST Group of Companies (AST Canada, AST Mechanical, AST Engineering & Stevenson Sprinkler) to let you know that we are open for business and have been actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are part of the essential supply chain for many of the designated essential businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic and are doing our part to help combat the pandemic and support the Canadian economy.
All AST Group of Companies personnel are employees of an “essential business” as recognized by municipal order, providing necessary filtration, ventilation, & fire protection system services including installation, maintenance, repair and/or materials and supplies to essential customers throughout Ontario. Our personnel are exempted from local restrictions such as curfews, shelter-in-place orders and other travel restrictions when reporting to, returning from, or performing his or her work functions.
- The safety of our employees, clients and partners.
- The fulfilment of our customer needs.
- Playing our part in reducing the transmission of the virus.
