Single-Phase Intermittent-Duty Industrial Vacuums
Nilfisk intermittent-duty, single phase vacuums are constructed form heavy-duty, powder-coated steel and polypropylene. Stainless steel models are also available.
The filtration systems are a main pleated star filter that is available in standard polyester, polyester and polyurethane, PTFE membrane, Nomex® and antistatic polyester. Oversized versions of select filters are also available.
For safe collection and easy disposal, the S2 and S3 are available with a dust bag, safe bag, or Longopac®, which allows the collection of material in a continuous bag that can be filled, then cut, disposed of, and immediately restored for a new use.

Explosion Proof — Ignition Proof Industrial Vacuums
SHA/NFPA recommends and in some cases requires, manufacturers with combustible materials to use certified explosion-proof vacuums or dust ignition-proof vacuums as part of a regular plant maintenance program.
All Nilfisk explosion-proof vacuum cleaners, dust ignition-proof and hazardous location vacuums meet the requirements for use in Class I, Group D, and Class II, Groups E*, F & G environments. Variants designed for wet/dry material collection are also available.

Air-Powered Pneumatic Industrial Vacuums
Nilfisk air-powered pneumatic vacuums were conceived to be used where electricity is unavailable or forbidden. They are easy to use and make efficient use of compressed air to generate tremendous power.

Food, Pharma & OEM Vacuums
Food, pharma and OEM vacuums are used where hygiene is of paramount importance such as in the Food, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic and Chemical Industries. This page shows a small sampling of what is available. Most models have an Infiniclean option or a Class II Division II model available, along with other options. All models are 3-phase electrically powered for continuous duty operation.
